Shunock River Farm is slowly evolving from an abandoned
country farm house and over 23 acres of unproductive land, into productive farm plots, protected wetlands, and specialty gardens
over looking the Shunock River in North Stonington, Connecticut.
With the small farmer and farm products producer in mind, Shunock River Farm is in the process of establishing a privately sponsored Farmer's Market open to the public more often than most other Farmer's Markets.
The desired results are to provide the local community as well as visitors, with a "Fresh" supply of farm products, and to provide the small producers with a cost effective way to sell their products.
Where produce is concerned, "FRESH" is the key. By providing ready access to an open market for distribution, "FRESH" produce can be delivered to, and enjoyed by YOU the consumer.
